The Process

Design

The process begins two dimensionally with personalized sketches to help develop the design. Clients may provide inspiration for me to produce my own interpretations or bring fully conceptualized designs for us to analyze on paper. Once the project has been clearly communicated and approved by the client, it will proceed to be modeled.

Model

I use the most advanced computer modeling technology to rapidly model designs. Clients are encouraged to make adjustments, and I am happy to provide any variations to compare form, scale, and material to match their vision. The approved model will be 3D printed for the client to try IRL so they can be confident it will be functional. If no adjustments are needed to be made after printing, the design will proceed to production.

Craft

The process for executing the design will be tailored to the clients’ intention for the project. Along with an in-house jewelry studio, I have a wide network of jewelry resources to execute any project. Whether it be sourcing a specific stone for a bespoke commission or putting a design into production for a new line, I will ensure the final product is made in accordance with the client’s needs.
